Thanks to all those who tried to help us sell our house. In the end, we sold it using our Realtor who also helped us to buy the house. We accepted an offer today, and as long as we pass the inspection and the financing works out, come Friday we will be on our way to moving at the end of April.

Cudos to our sweet Realtor Rick Bognar. Our place went on MLS on Friday evening, and by Sunday evening we were all done. 48 Hours and over 99% of list price! He helped us to stage the house so it looked just right and to price it so it would sell quickly. We just never thought it would be done in 2 days!I emailed out a link a while ago with links to our new house pictures. The link didn’t work, and is now dead anyways, so here they are for you to enjoy. Please let us know if you would like to come to the housewarming party and we will be sure to let you know about it.
