Craving - Satisfied!

So.. Finally.. I got what I was looking for. That dark, spicy yet sweet sauce. On ginger beef from the Snow Palace in Crowfoot. It is probably the bestest Ginger Beef ever - fresh, and not too chewy - you know how normally it is made with really tough meat? At Snow Palace it isn’t.
